What is the growing and harvesting cycle for O'Leary Potato Packers? |

Most potato varieties of our firm are planted between April 20-May 20 each year and are harvested in approximately 90-120 days during the fall.

What process does OPP have for potato quality control? |

Bulk potatoes from the farm are put through a washing and grading line and packaged into appropriate bags or cartons. Quality control test samples are selected along the processing line.
